Location: The land is situated adjacent to Bridgend Golf Club. It consists of gently sloping open heath land which faces north, giving fine views toward the River Forth and the Ochils beyond. Bridgend is a small village with its own primary school. Linlithgow is a short drive to the west where there are shops, supermarkets and local services. Linlithgow sits next to the M9 which gives easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling and there is an excellent train link too. Edinburgh Airport is 15 minutes drive from the site.
Directions: From Linlithgow follow the A9080 3 miles east to the Bridgend Village junction and turn right onto Auldhill Road then 2nd right onto Auldhill Drive and follow the road around to the Golf Club. Alternatively, please follow the website link.
