Employment News Our Employment, HR Support and Advice

We aim to help you with your family law matter in a sensitive and understanding way firstly by discussing your particular circumstances with you in detail and then by advising you on how the law applies to your case and your best course of action. That could range from standard negotiations; a collaborative approach, mediation, or in many cases, as a last resort, the courts.

It is understandable if you feel unsure about your legal position at the start of your family case, but we will discuss the general background with you at the outset , without any obligation on your part, just so that we can let you know if we are able to help you further. If so, we will provide you with an indication of our fees and how they would be charged. If the matter requires further analysis, we can provide you with our written opinion at a cost of £120 to help you to decide the best way to proceed with your case.

  • We will work with you to achieve a solution that will be acceptable to you.
  • We can assist with family law matters such as Separation Agreements and Divorce cases,so please feel free to contact us for a confidential free initial consultation
  • Please contact us with your enquiry, to arrange an appointment.
